North American Properties envisioned creating a space that is a welcoming entry and social hub to both current and prospective clients, as well as neighborhood residents across four buildings. The goal was to have one common area to provide shared amenities and to build community within the space.

the solution

Kolar Design, in collaboration with Human Nature and RDA Group Architects, worked in close coordination with North American Properties to achieve its vision for enhancing a highly visible exterior plaza on the corner of 7th and Sycamore Streets, and its interior leasing center space.
